Hello everyone and welcome to 3rd Wave’s blog.  I am Mike Conwell, the owner and founder of 3rd Wave Consulting.  I encourage everyone to make entries and share their knowledge and work experience here.  I would like to keep the discussions light and free-flowing, but I ask that you follow just a few general rules.

You may link to other sites as long as it is relevant.  If you wrote something that is pertinent to the subject and want to link out, great, however if you are just linking to your site or articles you’ve written that don’t apply, then your comments will be deleted.  Sorry, but we are not about free advertisements.

I also ask that if you disagree with topics and other comments, and I hope you do, that you do so professionally and respectfully – no personal attacks.  I know it’s a shame that I have to say this, but of course I do.
